It has been reported that Cleavland Browns wide receiver Donte’ Stallworth, 28, may be charged with DUI Manslaughter in Miami, Florida. It has been said that Donte’ was under the influence when he struck and accidentally killed a man named Mario Reyes, 59, while operating his Bentley. Supposedly Mario, a crane operator, was running to catch a bus after getting off of work. Donte’ says that he honked his horn and that Mario was not in the cross walk. Reports have suggested that Mario Reyes was in fact not in the cross walk.(?) Should Donte’ Stallworth be charged with DUI Manslaughter?
