As always Beyonce looks fly and overall I like Beyonce’s 2009 BET Awards dress; but I’m hating the shoulder pads. Shoulder pads are definitely a fashion don’t. I really hope that the shoulder pads, very popular in the 80s, aren’t making a come back.
