I maybe late; but I just got the tip that Comedian Bruce Bruce has successfully lost a lot of weight. It looks like Bruce Bruce has lost well over a hundred pounds or more. How did he do it? As of yet, I don’t know the full details- but I bet it wasn’t easy. As we all know, there are no miracles when it comes to successfully losing weight and keeping the weight off. It seems that the key to successful weight loss is to just eat healthy and exercise regularly.
