Not all of MTV’s Jersey Shore stars are single anymore. The latest Jersey Shore cast member to get engaged is Angelina Pivarnick. The former Jersey Shore reality star’s boyfriend, David Kovacs, popped the question about at the Style 360 Sachika’s fashion show during New York Fashion Week. According to an eyewitness, David Kovacs popped the “Will you marry me question” while they were working the step and repeat and the cameras were rolling. The insider told the whole story saying, “She was completely surprised and said: ‘Are you serious?’ She looked really happy and shocked. She covered her face with her hand and dropped the ring on the carpet because she was so nervous. He then picked her up and they hugged and kissed”.
“The ring is huge. So big,” says Angelina Pivarnick in a released statement about her engagement. Angelina Pivarnick explains that she knew David Kovacs was “The One” from the beginning.
“It was crazy! We were both living on Staten Island and we were both Island natives, but I didn’t know him before the show [Jersey Shore]. He’s the sweetest guy I’ve ever met in my life. He treats me with respect, he’s like a real gentleman. He doesn’t treat me like s–t, like so many people have treated me in the past,” says Angelina Pivarnick.
In fact, Angelina says she was not only shocked but supervised as well, especially since David was able to keep the proposal a secret and they are living together in Manhattan. Angelina also talked about her plans for the wedding.
“As a little girl, I always thought about my wedding, my big day. I want a big, huge wedding with family and friends.”
And a wedding she will get! Congrats to Angelina and David!
