After all the things he may have been responsible for and the rumors swirling about him cheating, David Arquette recently said that he wants to get back together with Courteney Cox. We watched the 39-year-old actor, director and producer tell The Oprah Winfrey Show “I’d love for it to work out”. But the reality is- it looks like David Arquette realizes that after all he’s put wife Courteney Cox through, the best thing is just to wish her happiness in her life. “I want her to be happy. If me being the best person I can be doesn’t make her happy in a partner, in who she needs, whatever she’s looking for, that’s still to be answered”.
David Arquette, fresh out of rehab, says his surroundings as a child is the reason for his substance abuse, unhappiness and dysfunctional relationship. Although rumors hit the tabloids headlining David Arquette’s supposed affair with a waitress, David says when he was labeled as a cheater it completely angered him. “My blood just boiled. That is one thing I am not,” says David.
Word is, Courteney Cox’s sister and other family and friends intervened with a modern-day “intervention” and Davis Arquette eventually entered and completed a 28 day rehab program. Now that he’s living sober, David enjoys doing yoga and meditation to relieve the stress of life. As for his family, David Arquette says:
“We truly love each other with all our hearts.”
Whether it’s as friends or as husband and wife, “I know that I’ll be with her my whole life. She’s my best friend, and I love her with all my heart,” says David. David Arquette and Courteney Cox have a daughter together, Coco, age 6.
We are hoping everything works out, especially for Coco’s well-being.
