Are you ready for your close-up? We are proud to help announce Dove® is giving one real woman the ultimate close-up experience and a chance to show off her skin in a TV spot, scheduled to air during the season finale of ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars”.

We’re celebrating the launch of Dove® VisibleCare™, a revolutionary new line of body wash that actually gives women visibly more beautiful skin in just one week, and The Dove® Close-Up Challenge is a once in a lifetime opportunity for a real woman to get the celebrity experience on “Dancing with the Stars”. Actress and former “Dancing with the Stars” contestant Jennie Garth announced the contest in a Dove® sponsored TV spot during the Oscars telecast, LIVE on Sunday, Feb. 27, 2011 at 8:00 p.m. ET on the ABC Television Network.

The Dove® Close-up Challenge Details and Info: Dove® is inviting real women everywhere to create a video up to 60 seconds in length sharing why they are ready for their close-up experience. The selected woman will receive a week long, all-expense paid trip to Los Angeles where she will get an authentic “Dancing with the Stars” experience, including training with a performer from the show, confidence coaching by Jennie Garth, and the ultimate opportunity- a “finale” of her own. The Dove® Close-up Challenge winner will get to show off her smooth moves and beautiful skin in front of America when she dances in a Dove® sponsored TV spot in the season finale of “Dancing with the Stars” on Monday, May 23, 2011 at 8:00 p.m. ET on the ABC Television Network.

Entries for the Dove® Close-Up Challenge: Entries will be accepted from 12:00 p.m. ET on Feb. 27, 2011 to 12:00 p.m. ET on March 26, 2011.
