It’s all according the the buzz…
Will Miranda Cosgrove be added to the list of stars who have deferred college in order to pursue their careers? The ICarly star has been accepted to New York University (NYU) and University of Southern California, and says she’s still waiting to hear from Yale, Brown and UC Berkley. But, it looks like Miranda may decide to putt off college for at least a year. And what’s all the hold-up? We’ve heard Miranda Cosgrove is looking to wrap up the last season of ICarly in 2012. Though Miranda hasn’t made a choice yet, her spot at either school would be saved for up to a year, if she chooses. Miranda is only 17 and graduated from high school early, so deferring for a year would make Miranda 18 and entering college with her peers. Not so bad. Right?
Will Miranda chose USC or NYU? Like most kids leaving home and going off to college, Miranda fears leaving home and her best friends. Although NYU is one of her top choices, Miranda Cosgrove says “I’m chickening out last minute. I love New York, but I’m scared to move and leave L.A. I do have friends here [in NYC], but I’m not really close to a lot of people. I feel like it’d be a whole new life.”
Miranda Cosgrove says she plans to major in Film.

Miranda Cosgrove

iCarly needs to wrap things up. It would be nice if Miranda Cosgrove picks NYC. If Miranda intents to to major in Film, I guess L.A. can wait.
I love to see Miranda in anything, or should I say iCarly. Love you iCarly.
Luckily the government and more and more companies provide grants and scholarships to adults that want to go back to school to complete their degree. This will increase the education level and in the end our country will prosper from this.
Not only students that come from high school are given financial aid but nowadays adults that want to complete their degree can do this by following an online degree course.
