Lindsay Lohan is facing charges again, and it looks like she’s going back to jail for a fourth time. Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced to 120 days in jail and 400 hours of community service for violating her probation. In January, Lindsay was accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store in Venice, California after allegedly being caught on tape. Kamofie and CO jewelry have come forward with a surveillance tape as evidence. Lindsay Lohan is said to be seen walking out of the store still wearing the $2,500 necklace around her neck. A search warrant was issued to recover the necklace, but a rep from Lindsay’s camp returned the necklace freely. So was this an honest mistake? Or not?
Anyway, thanks to Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, the charge was reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor. A few hours after the sentencing, Lindsay Lohan posted bail for $75,000 and was released. Lindsay is scheduled to report back to court on July 21, 2011 likely to begin her sentence of 120 days.
