The show must go on and Charlie Sheen seems to agree. The former Two and a Half Men star is being replaced by Film and TV actor Ashton Kutcher, who played Michael Kelso on Fox’s That 70s Show for more than 7 years. Ashton Kutcher went on Twitter to share the good news with his fans. “What’s the square root of 6.25,” tweets Ashton Kutcher, husband to 48-year-old Hollywood Actress Demi Moore.
The 33-year-old, who showed off his killer abs in the movie “Killers” costarring Katherine Heigle, released a statement saying, “I cant wait to get to work with this ridiculously talented 2.5 team. I can’t replace Charlie Sheen but I’m going to work my ass off to entertain the hell out of people.”
Charlie Sheens troubles hit the fan in 2009 when he was arrested on December 25th, Christmas Day, in Aspen, Colorado for domestic violence. No surprise that the show will go on without Charlie, we later learned Charlie Sheen would not be renewing his contract with Two and a Half Men. After 7 years of working on the hit CBS show, a prideful Charlie Sheen claimed it was 100% his idea.
Charlie Sheen went on Twitter to congratulate the network, the cast and crew of Two and a Half Men. “Congrats to the cast and crew, CBS & WB! My best to @APLUSK! The show must go on. You got the right guy. C,” tweets Charlie Sheen.
“Ashton Kutcher is a sweetheart and a brilliant comedic performer. Oh wait, so am I. Enjoy the show America,” says Charlie Sheen in a released statement.
Charlie Sheen is said to have taken his My Violent Torpedo of Truth: Defeat is Not an Option to at least 20 different cities. The show received mixed reviews. Charlie Sheen was even booed.
Good luck Ashton Kutcher! Can’t wait to watch.
