Natalie Portman and Fiance Benjamin Millepied Welcome a Son

We’ve learned from People Magazine, Natalie Portman and fiance Benjamin Millepied welcomed a baby boy into the world yesterday. The Oscar winner and her Black Swan choreographer announced they were pregnant and engaged back in December. The name of Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied’s son and his birthplace has not yet been disclosed.

The couple started dating during the filming of Black Swan. In an earlier release, Natalie Portman says the role was demanding, but she had a great Black Swan experience.

“There were some nights that I thought I literally was going to die. It was the first time I understood how you could get so wrapped up in a role that it could sort of take you down,” says Natalie Portman. “I’m really proud of everyone’s work in the movie and my experience. I’ll have that forever,” added Natalie.

There’s no doubt Natalie Portman had a great Black Swan movie making…and life altering experience! Congrats to the happy couple!

She was awarded the 2010 Academy Award for Best Actress after an amazing performance in Black Swan. Natalie Portman recently starred in the movie No Strings Attached with Ashton Kutcher.

The Blogosphere Gossip: There are no details on the birth of Natalie Portman and fiance Benjamin Millepied’s new baby boy, but some gossip blogs seem to be toying with the idea that Natalie Portman gave birth in a Walmart…Probably not true. Although, it would make a great story for Walmart. There’s also another rumor circulating that the actress, who starred in the Star Wars trilogy, may have named her son Luke. We’ll have to wait Natalie Portman’s “It’s a Boy” announcement to be clued in on all the details.
