It looks like “Jersey Shore” star “The Situation” has another situation on his hands. Mike Sorrentino, otherwise known as “The Situation” on the hit MTV series “Jersey Shore”, is reportedly being sued for a million big bucks by his former management company, Gotham NYC Entertainment.
In the lawsuit, filed last Friday, July 8th, Gotham NYC Entertainment claims that Mike Sorrentino fired the company due to “lack of performance”. Here’s the catch; the talent agency isn’t disputing this in the lawsuit, they are suing because of breach of contract, saying Sorrentino breached his contract by not giving them 30 days notice to improve.
Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino denies all allegations, asserting that the lawsuit is frivolous lies “that will be proven false in court”.
So will “The Situation” be forced to cough up $1 million to Gotham NYC Entertainment? I guess we will see!
