Chiffon dresses floated across the catwalk as they were elegantly draped in a bias cut fashion. A soft color palette of light pink, green, blue, and white were shown in silk, linen and chiffon textiles. Models wore hair tucked under a close fitted bell shaped hat similar to a cloche or pulled back into a French twist or ponytail. The makeup was minimal, but complimented the cheeks and lips in a rosy shade, while eyes were brought to life through darker shades of brown.
Most of the cuts in the collection hit at the knees or slightly below it keeping in style with the flapper. Feathers adorned collars and hemlines of cardigans and silk dresses, and added riches to the already elegant collection.
Menswear inspired suiting was complimented by vertical metallic pin striping. Suits came out in the form of shorts and trousers and were paired with matching suit vests and jacket. However, the hints of metallic weren’t just tailored for the suits. Silver accents played nicely next to the collections more minimal piece, while long layers of string pearls were added beaded gowns.
With such a cohesive collection and clear inspiration, one look stood out. The light pink leather motorcycle jacket and white trousers was really cute, but seemed a bit lost amongst the accessories and embellishments.
