I know there are times when you just don’t have time to go to the gym or you just don’t feel like going. I did a video showing a circuit workout. Now, circuit workouts are very high intensity because you’re constantly moving which in turn causes you to burn more calories and burn more fat.
This circuit is a Chest, Abs and Legs Circuit
1. Spiderman Pushups- targets the obliques and pectoral muscles aka chest muscles. If you’re unable to do a Spiderman Pushup then just do a regular push up.
2. Decline Pushups with Couch
3. Knee Tucks
4. Windshield Wipers
5. Russian Twists w/ MB, DB, or Kid
6. Diamond Pushups
7. Skater Lunges
8. Reverse Lunges w/ Kick
9. V-Up with Twist
10. Lateral Squats
Set an interval timer for 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest and this workout should take you about 30-40 minutes if you do the circuit 3-4 times.
