Most of you are smartphone users, either Android or Apple. Lately, I have been getting tired of carrying around a notebook to write down my workouts and how much weight I used. Pen to paper, that’s how I’ve been tracking my progress; and sometimes I’m so zoned out, I forget to write down the weight. So, I found this really cool app called JEFIT that even a beginner can use.
The JEFIT app is so cool, you can use the app on your phone and even have your personal profile linked online to a fitness community. The option to have the profile linked online is awesome, because all of your fitness information is accessible from your phone. Some of the features of this app are: Body stat tracking and progress, custom routine creation, workout calendar and logs, detailed exercise database (you can even install the plugin to watch how to properly perform the exercise), etc.
When I first downloaded the app, there were already exercises pre-set for beginners. It has certain days that can’t be modified to do different body parts, but everything else can be customized to meet your needs. I would recommend this app to those of you who have a hard time figuring out what to do in the gym or even for those of you who just want to try out new exercises on different body parts.
The ultimate perk about this app is that it is FREE!!! Who can resist something that’s free? The website for this AMAZING app is: www.jefit.com
