Black and white comes back to be anything but basic! The wardrobe must-have was seen in a variety of shapes and lengths. Alice+Olivia designer, Stacy Bendet, took dresses to all new lengths for Fall by officially debuting floor-length gowns.
Known for her short playful hemlines, Bendet proves that there isn’t a challenge too great. The hemlines ranged from floor to tea length to mini. Although new silhouettes may have been added, the classic but fun sophistication was still there.
Tiered fringe accompanied cap sleeve sequin tops, while peplum skirting flared from sweetheart necklines. There is truly something for everyone in this Alice+Olivia fall collection, and with the dedication that goes into these pieces you can’t go wrong by adding some fun into your wardrobe.
Personally I can appreciate the somewhat “crazy” take on the cohesion of the collection. The wear-ability of a majority of the pieces is so on point and on trend and, to the designer’s credit, this line doesn’t get lost in a sea of overly overt styles.
