Denver Fashion Week 2012 at Red Square Euro Bistro in Writer Square

Denver Fashion Week

On Wednesday, August 8th, Denver’s Red Square Euro Bistro hosted day 4 of Denver Fashion Week 2012. Guests who reserved a table for dinner got a chance to experience chef Christopher Hildebrand’s European cuisine again, or for the first time. The courtyard-runway show took place in Writer Square on the 16th Street Mall. Under the night’s sky and flanked by downtown restaurants, fine shops and galleries; Denver’s big little city backdrop was the perfect catwalk for beautiful people modeling some of the best local designs.

The first designer, Frankie Rae, showed off her elegant and sexy one-shoulder pieces. We really loved her hooded coat dress. The designs in this collection are inspired by its fabric.

Eve Jenkins presented her Parasite Eve Designs. We first introduced you to Parasite Eve with our coverage of A Summer Night to Remember at the Botanic Gardens last June. What we like about Jenkins’ goth, lolita and rockabilly pieces is her avant-garde departure from the ordinary…It’s the fanciness of couture designed by an artist who is inspired by unconventional rituals and practices.

Headed to happy hour or a really cool night club? Pair Jack’s Life t-shirts with designer jeans and stylish dress shoes. You’re friends are sure to ask you, “Where’d you get that shirt?” Jack’s Life is also perfect for everyday wear.

The final designer, Haley Mariah, was a big hit. Her Trophy Clothing line was stunning. We think Trophy Clothing is for the fashionista who wants to look polished, day or night. Haley’s designs are inspired by the beauty, strength and individuality of her clients.
