Style Post: What to Wear for Thanksgiving

A Thanksgiving Outfit Idea

Where has the time gone? It’s almost Thanksgiving! Today I’ve put together an ensemble for your Thanksgiving festivities. This vegan leather skirt from Free People¬†has become my staple piece this season. You can dress it up and dress it down which makes it great not only for the holidays, but also for class or work. It’s definitely worth the investment.

For me, leg showing season is over so I always throw on a pair of tights.

The look.

For the top, Madewell has a plethora of button ups, particularly silk to choose from. I like this neutral flowered one because the print contrasts nicely with the black and sand colors.

Last, the boots. These Frye boots are to die for. My thought is why be uncomfortable the whole afternoon in heels when I can wear a cute pair of boots.

So there you have it! A simple, yet totally fashion forward Thanksgiving look. What would you all like to see next week? Any other special occasions coming up? Comment below, and I’ll see what I can put together!
