Fun Facts About Omega 3’s

I know some of us take vitamins, including myself. But one that happens to be my favorite would be: Omega-3. Omega-3’s have so many benefits and are found in some of your favorite foods. Some of the benefits are: lower risk of heart disease, protect against: depression, cancer, and arthritis, contains DHA and EPA which have the best health benefits, reduces inflammation and slows plaque build up in blood vessels, can lower blood pressure and contribute to healthier skin and hair. Omega-3’s can be found in: walnuts, spinach, salmon, halibut, and scallops to name a few. Start incorporating this AMAZING fat into your diet because we ALL know that in order to get rid of fat, you have to eat fat (the healthy ones of course).
