artopia denver

Westword’s Artopia featuring one of Denver’s most fashionable runway events, WhiteOut, will be showcasing more than 25 artists and many local bands including, one of our favorite DJs, DJ Rockstar Aaron! This will be a great time to let loose with a few cocktails and witness the newest fashion trends, network with local designers and give back to charity.

The show will take place at City Hall, located at 1144 Broadway, Denver Colorado. Curated by Jolt from Guerrilla Garden, you will experience a trip through the looking class with an Alice in Wonderland-themed show…unlike any other!

Hosted by non-other than the fabulous Brandi Shigley and 303 Magazine’s George Peele, your senses will be inflamed by the live performers and the extreme unique looks walking down the runway. Don’t worry you can still buy tickets to the show. Go to: Ticket Fly

You must hurry. The only tickets left are for general admission at the price of $30!

Enjoy the designs from local fashion designers like Lisa Ramfjord Elstun of Fashion Design Center, Rachel Marie Hurst, Imminent Rise, Deb Henriksen of Equilibrium Clothing, Gino Velardi, Deedee Vicory of D’Lola Couture and Susan Dillon of Kitty Mae Millinery & Accessories.

The Artopia boutiques include: Stritch, Fancy Tiger Clothing and True Love Shoes & Accessories.

You will be amazed by the finely-tuned works within the hair and make-up by the J-Beverly Hills team and Vanity Dollz beauty team, our favorites.

About MarissaL

I'm Marissa. I'm a graduate from The Art Institute of Colorado with a bachelor's in fashion design. I started my career with FCF during my externship course at AIC, I have continued to stay with the company after graduation. What I love about FCF is how we get to attend event and cover local fashion shows. The team of FCF has grown tremendously and we have a great mentor to help us along the way. I'm very excited because we are currently planning our own fashion show/event!!! Currently I'm writing celebrity articles, covering the newest news and gossip in Hollywood. I would love to hear reviews and comments on the articles I write. Fashion is not just what you wear, but it is within your lifestyle. There is more to fashion than what name you have on. Fashion is in the air we breath and the images we see. If there is anything you would like to hear more about, let me know. Thank you for visiting my profile on First Class Fashionista!!!
