While I was researching and writing about a related topic for our continuing sponsor, Mode.com, I kept hitting up my snack cabinet. Today, I am okay but yesterday I couldn’t stop eating. I ate mostly walnuts. Not too bad, right? I also had a plate of cheese and crackers. Processed foods is where I went wrong. By the end of the day, I was feeling really sluggish and I had a headache.
