Reportedly, Tucson, Arizona Comcast cable aired thirty seconds of porn during Super Bowl 43 2009 and that Comcast cable is currently offering TEN measly dollars for compensation. What!!! I think I smell is a class action lawsuit!!! On “HLN” I heard it was “pretty nasty stuff”! How the heck did this happen? Who the heck is responsible for this??? TEN measly dollars is an insult!!! The Super Bowl is a family event! Comcast- WHAT ABOUT THE CHILDREN WHO WERE EXPOSED TO PORNOGRAPHIC CONTENT! In my opinion, Comcast cable of Tucson must be severely punished to prevent this from happening in the future. We must fight to protect our families! Join the conversation! I remember this incident. What’s so strange is that it doesn’t seem to have actually been sabotage (which one might expect), but just some sort of signal crossing with extremely bad timing.
At the end of the day, a class action law suit won’t work, but $10 is pretty silly. Comcast probably lost a lot of customers on account of this.
